ACT Securities leadership
Naum has over 16 years of extensive experience across the finance and lending industry. Given his experience, Naum has an expansive network and influence within the Australian property industry. He holds a banking and finance degree from Canberra University and is a member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA). Naum has successfully implemented complex finance structures across multiple industries for both personal and corporate clients serving as a key source of strategic knowledge from the finance sector. Naum’s demographic insight from clients provides a detailed database useful for project scoping and analysis.
Joe is an experienced finance professional with over 16 years management consulting experience in senior management roles across the private and public sector. A charted accountant by trade, Joe is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and holds a Bachelor of Economics & Commerce from the Australian National University. Today, Joe successfully manages businesses in the development and construction of residential and commercial projects, wholesale and distribution of construction related products through an established global product sourcing, importing, and distribution organisation.
Aleks brings a diversity of experience in the areas of property development with over 15 years experience across various contracting roles in multiple industries. Aleks has successfully managed and implemented countless growth strategies within the family business that focused on labour hire and maintaining notable buildings, such as; The Parliament House ACT, St George Hospital Kogarah, The Canberra Hospital, Calvary Hospital Bruce. Aleks’s strengths include organisational resource management and planning and ensuring efficient and effective implementation of business improvement measures. Aleks also manages a large portfolio of commercial and residential assets across ACT, NSW, and QLD.
