Sustainable Investing is one of the key guiding principles of ACT Securities’ investment strategies.
Our aim is to implement a “going green” strategy in all investment projects, which are measured using BREEAM (world’s leading design and assessment method for sustainable buildings) and LEED (a green building certification program) standards
We also seek attractive risk-adjusted returns by investing in this whole-of-economy transformation, including investments in renewables, clean technology and services, green buildings and companies seeking to transform their businesses. We pursue these opportunities through multiple investment programs across public and private markets, both directly and through investment funds.
